Beginning with the academic year 2020-21 , R.C.Institute of education was established after the founders realized that students in the region needed a school with a global focus on education, with ample scope for extracurricular activities that would help them grow as individuals. We want to encourage and reward the individuality of each student by providing them with education that complies to the highest academic standards. This helps them develop a scholastic mind that is full of enthusiasm for inquiry, curiosity and eagerness to learn new things.
We believe the aim of any education is self-realization. Therefore, we have developed a curriculum that helps the students achieve excellence and fulfill their academic aspirations. Our support in individual pursuits of scientific and scholastic inquiry helps students become leaders and prepares them for a life of success. It also develops qualities like self-motivation, self-reliance and taking initiative. Our diverse curriculum is supported by an excellent team of teachers and support staff who are committed to developing the full potential of every student. They in steel a natural love of learning in students, which engages and encourages them to develop a worldly perspective, preparing them for life after school.

R.C. Institute of Education is located in Rajwara Chowk , Sahebganj Dewariya Raod. The location was chosen because of the serene nature of the area, where students can learn in peace. Special care has been taken in planning the school’s infrastructure. Our teaching practices are realized in the comfortably designed contemporary classrooms, auditoriums and labs that are spacious and bright. Our design approach inspires imagination and creativity in young minds. The huge playgrounds, and amenities for indoor and outdoor games complement the active lifestyle that students need.
With regard to academics, we employ a personalized approach to teaching which puts the learner at the center of the learning process. Pre-Primary
from 4 to 6 years of age
PRE-PRIMARY EDUCATION
Pre-Primary education is considered to be fundamental to the development of the human mind. It contributes to the development of the child’s cognitive, emotional, social, moral, psycho motor and aesthetic skills. This stage is also crucial for the acquisition of new skills, right attitudes and values that will be useful for their future. As R.C. INSTITUTE OF EDUCATIONaligns its pre-primary curriculum with Early Childhood Education (ECE), the children benefit from a curriculum that has been extensively designed for them. They are better prepared for primary school and develop the right skills needed for primary school education.
In the pre-primary stage, students are introduced to to various learning styles to equip them with the ability to understand and assimilate complex subjects. Freedom of expression, thought, and communication are taught at every stage. Our expert teachers focus on each student’s discovery of language, concept formation, social skills and emotional intelligence by encouraging the exploration of thoughts, ideas and theories. All of these factors contribute immensely to the confidence in expression and gives students the much needed motivation required for learning. Creative expression, thinking, and qualities such as taking initiative, dedication, confidence, thirst for knowledge and optimism are all developed in the pre-primary stage. Therefore, it is a very important phase where students need constant nurturing and support. In a way, pre-primary education defines the direction of their life.
PRIMARY EDUCATION
Primary education bridges the gap between pre-primary and high school education. In primary school, young minds are receptive to new ideas and concepts. At RCIE, our curriculum is designed to stimulate young minds through exploratory exercises and hands-on activities. They help develop language skills, cognitive skills and psychomotor skills. We keep students interested in learning with a stimulating teaching style and help them develop abilities like reading, writing, listening, speaking, problem-solving, observation and communication skills. Excursions, outdoor trips & activities, art projects, etc. provide students with great learning opportunities.
